Gordon turns to Wordpress for victory

I had a look at Gordon's new cleadership campaign website www.gordonbrownforbritain.com and discovered he's turned to the wonders of Wordpress - v.2.1.3 no less.

Of course, this means there's plenty of interactivability (is that a real word?). But two things concern me:

1. We've got the RSS and the comments section and blog etc... but what will the content be like?? That's going to be the make or break bit. GB is already perceived as boring so really needs genuinely engaging content. It's no good having the ability to syndicate your site if no-one is interesed in what you have to say.

2. My second point is this: what the hell have they done to their RSS buttons? It's like the designers have said "Well, here's a universally recognised symbol for an RSS feed. Let's re-draw it in a way that makes it just about recognisable but is slightly out so it really annoys people.

Or am I being too picky?
